It is probably the worst manicure/pedicure I have had. It is very clear they did not know how to deal with short nails but also the place was cold (no heating?) and I have serious concerns as to the cleaning processes

Had an excellent threading experience. Jasmine cleaned the area whilst keeping the current shape of my eyebrows (as requested) and was fast, efficient and upheld safety standards by wearing a mask.
Personal tip: make sure you check whether there are any stray hairs which have caught under the eye area of your mask before you head out of the salon!
