Honestly amazing. Staff were polite and friendly, made excellent recommendations for what to get when I was unsure and ensured they did a beautiful clean job. I also came in with an injury on my hands and they were lovely about this and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

Firstly, when you book with a therapist doesn't mean you will get that person so I was disappointed. Both therapists I choose did not do the pedicures, Not nail professionals, they are learning. They did not sterilize the equipment, I asked them to spray the clippers, etc with alcohol. The towels didn't look clean, I think they just dry them and re-use. They didn't spray down the chairs and actual foot sink. They are friendly and polite but I wont go again.
