I made a booking for a certain time and made me wait for 30 mins. When I finished, they didn’t offer me a discount for the wasted time so I had to ask. They gave me a measly £2 off, that’s how much 30 mins of my time is worth! Terrible service and won’t be going back or recommending to anyone else.
