Not the nicest people. Kind of rude and condescending when I asked them to do specific things. Also always feel like they are rushing and too busy to do things properly.

I went for a pedicure. I have been for many pedicures in the past and this was unfortunately the worst one I have had. I was made to wait more than 1 hour for actual nail polish to dry. It does not take that long. At first I just assumed they have quite bad service, but I noticed a lady came in after me for the same treatment and was treated amazingly well. I cannot help but feel there was a racial element to the rude way they have treated me. I would sadly not visit again.

Brilliant quality gel manicure and fast too!
The treatment was done meticulously and the manicurist was very skilled. Each nail’s shape and coverage is consistent. No nicks to the fingers or cuticles too short.
Often I have issues with peeling / chips only days later, but there are no snags and I can tell this one will be on for weeks!
Hopefully not too much damage to the nails underneath as I would love to go back and work my way through the colour options.
