There was a lot of waiting. It was 30 minutes after my appointment time before I was seen. Then it was another 30 mins sitting before my next appointment. I was there from 11am-2pm for just a pedicure and acrylics. Fortunately I had the time to wait. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence, or if it was just this particular day.
The pedicure was fine. They seemingly used tesco hand soap in the basin, which I thought was strange.
The acrylics look amazing and the nail art is perfect.
