Ryan is always super attentive and careful, tools are sterilised in front of you and the salon is super clean. Always so happy with my nails when they are done here

Sadly disappointing.
A 1.5 hour appointment took 2.5 hours. Bad, lumpy finish on fingernail as well as uneven shaping.
Fingernails chipped and broke within a week.
The man who worked on my hands was very pleasant.
The man doing the pedicure was quite rough and afterwards my toes were sensitive and painful to touch for several days.
Whilst doing the pedicure, the man started to clip his own fingernails, with some of the bits hitting my feet. An absolute no-no.
For the prices charged I expected a much better standard of service and end result.
I won’t return.

Tan was very careful and caring for my nails always very polite. I would recommend to have the door open since the smells of the products and so on are strong . I will come back.
