The session was very comfortable, Syma made sure I was comfortable and adjusted the settings to my tolerance level. I was explained how laser hair removal works and was given pre and post care information. Overall I am very satisfied with the service, care and treatment I have received.

I was made to feel very comfortable from the moment I stepped in. Syma did a thorough consultation with me, explained the treatment and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed, like I did at other clinics. Its a lovely private clinic, where the staff really went out of their way to accommodate my needs.
