The actual salon is beautiful and clean. I felt the consultation room did not match the actual salon and wasn’t as clean. The facial was good, nothing amazing. What I didn’t like was the fact that I was not notified of the increase in pricing as I was getting my facial. I understand add-ons were added but I did not ask for these and she did not inform me of the prices until the end. I paid an additional £40 which I think is very unfair.

I had a microdermabrasion done my skin has improved a lot. I have used the serum also amazing stuff. I appreciate your recommendations you deserve more than 5⭐️ will definitely be back. Thank you Debbie

It was my worst mistake ever booking at this salon. I booked well in advance and was looking forward to my treatment. The therapist was so unreliable that she kept cancelling my appointments making excuses each time eventually telling me that her machine was not working and she needed to call an engineer. I was appalled at her behaviour so unprofessional. It took me months chasing them up to get my refund. I would never recommend this salon to anyone thinking of treating themselves.
