This was my first hydro facial so I didn’t know what to expect, but I got a call the morning of my appointment informing me that it will be pushed back to a later time and also informing me that they will only do a 45min session even though I paid for 60mins. I felt the therapist was trying to up sell other treatments and add ons and didn’t really carryout the facial. The therapist left room and used her phone without changing gloves also the gloves were too big and made the experience bad.

The make up wasn’t good I could have done it myself . She was lovely and tried to fix it but I feel more learning is needed . No setting spray or primer
