Debbie was nice but the room was not very clean nor tidy. My face wasn't cleaned before the dermaplaning, just wet with a sponge. She didnt allow time for the products to work, just kept adding on. Also she charged me for the steamer when she didn't mention that was not part of the hydrafacial nor I asked for it. 1 minute of steamer, £10. At the end of our appointment she said I have to pay for it which I did and left. Overall a very average treatment. Communication is key with clients.

Not clean, treatment didnt last an hour, barely done anything suring my facial, just kept putting creams on

It was first time having an eyebrow & lash tint and lift and Deborah was really understanding and patient and the results were amazing really happy. I would definitely recommend.
