Isabel offers a high standard of service and customer care and friendly service ... and wait for it ... an APPOINTMENT TIME!! something which is sadly lacking in many other black hairdressing establishments. From the first time I walked into Isabel's salon with my hair damaged by a very unprofessional salon in Lea Bridge Road, I felt instantly a warm welcome, and after her recommended treatment my hair was in recovery and I knew I could trust this lady. She really cares about her customers and listens to your concerns, she is always full of good advice and tips on how to continue the hair care at home, the in-salon product range is high quality and my hair has never felt or looked better. Isobel's results speak for themselves! I am always getting positive comments about how nice my hair looks since she has been styling me. The quality of the products are some of the best in the market, and I really feel I am benefitting from the Brazilian blow dry. I previously used her for getting a Mizani relaxer and I was very happy with this service too! Great location with a personal and friendly feel.
The best hairdresser I have had for the past 8 years. She a very good professional and loves what she does.
