Thank you for my first ever eyelash extension! They look much more natural than I thought they would be which is great. The technician was really lovely, we had a nice chat, she was very professional and efficient. The treatment went quickly, I liked the music and the lady at front of house was also very nice. I guess the only thing that could be improved is that the place felt a little tired decor wise and it was very small and cramped, this is no reflection at all on the service or treatment, but I felt the ambiance could be improved a little to make the place feel more on par with the service provided which I was happy with
