Staff was extremely sweet! One thing is my lashes didn't really turn out as dramatic and different as I had hoped. They were also a bit crimped at the edges. My lashes look okay, but not amazing... I'm not sure if it was the products used, but the lift was not as dramatic compared to services I have had in the past.
