Decent but a bit rushed and not as high quality as expected

When I arrived there was really loud music blasting. I booked a wash + cut, but I wasn't offered the wash. The cut was rough and quick, but it also wasn't a full cut - literally a part of my hairs have not been touched.

I turned up and the Salon didn't have my booking on file at all.
