Nasima was amazing with my make up. She knew exactly what look would suit me and did a flawless job. I received complements all day on my make up.
Shellac manicure was bad, 2 nails were cured with the varnish covering surrounding skin.
Eyelash extensions are perfect.

One member of staff offered me a cup of tea, never got the cup of tea. Still waiting for it. I went to the room with Steph and she prepared everything but she was just conversating non-work related with staff and completely ignored me. After several minutes, the other staff left and she focus on my lashes. Then she burped and it staked of curry. She did not even apologise. Went here few times.Full last longer. Infills lashes fall from day 1. Beautiful lashes but terrible service.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming and even though I had never been there before I felt as though I had. The attention to detail to make you feel comfortable was lovely as they offered tea/coffee. They listened to what I wanted done with my hair and gave some helpful advice regarding my haircut. I recommend!
