Steph was amazing. She discussed what my nail needs were and gave me exactly what I asked for. There’s not a single flaw with my nails, and I love them. 10/10 would recommend!!

Not the best experience. When I first arrived there was no-one on reception and it took a moment to guess who to speak to about my appointment. Was taken back into a small salon space where there was no consultation about what I wanted done. Before I knew it, the beautician had applied the wax and was more interested in telling me about what else I could have done while I was there. Upon closer inspection after leaving, my eyebrows are slightly uneven and there was no care about tidying them up post waxing I.e a quick going over with tweezers to remove unruly hairs in the brow once it had been shaped. Don't think I'll be going back

Lashes didn’t even last 1 week, started falling out in clumps , tried to resolve the issue with the beautician but just got ignored! I have had lash extensions so many times before and have never had this problem! Would not recommend waste of money wouldn’t even give it 1 star
