I was able to book an appointment via the treatwell website for a date and time that wasn’t actually available. I was emailed the morning of the appointment to reschedule. I needed the service sooner and so asked for a full refund. This has still not been issued or responded to! Utterly unimpressed!

Lovely BIAB done by Alisha, efficient and thorough. She is just so good at everything from lashes to nails. Can’t fault her at all!
