The receptionist, Steph, that picked up the call was inconsiderate and rude because I was late due to traffic for 50 minutes! Also, it was pouring rain and I booked a cab right after work at 6 to come to my appointment at 7, but I didn’t make it on time. She said that they’re doing me a nice gesture by rescheduling, even though I paid for this service and I should have it rescheduled considering my circumstances. However, Rachel, was amazing and her service was amazing! That’s why it’s 5 star!
