Although the outside and waiting room is nothing special, the staff are lovely and made me feel very comfortable. My experience was painful (but that's nothing new) and it was thorough.

Very relaxing. Was given a goody bag of samples to try. Will go back again . Staff made me. Feel relaxed. Small treatment room. Nice warm heated table to lie on

I booked the 60 min facial treatment which actually only lasted for 40 mins. You have an option of 3 different types of facials when you book the treatment but my experience included nothing specific for either of the choices. The lady who did the facial was nice but the other staff member was quite rude and totally un-welcoming as you enter the salon. I would definitely not return to this salon.
