My friend and I booked gel nails and on the day opted for an additional baobab treatment which was to strengthen the nails. Ariana was very professional and polite. We both felt very welcome, especially my friend who had a very short thumbnail which she troubleshooted well after some encouragement.
Unfortunately compared to the level of service we have both received at other salons we felt the quality of application of the products failed to meet the standards met at other salons for the same price. The baobab and gel lifted off 5 days later. Upon seeking advice from another nail technician, this was due to the nail treatments not being 'capped off' meaning that water throughout the week, with normal wear, lifted both baobab and gel polish up. And possibly at the prep stage of application, the bond was not there.
It is a shame because we both otherwise enjoyed our experience and would have returned had the product stayed in place.
