If I could give zero rating I would. I booked and prepaid for BIAB, gel pedicure and eyebrow threading. I come in and the lady tells me that I have to pay to take my other BIAB off (fair enough) but lady from eyebrows is on holiday so can’t do my eyebrows. I going abroad at 6am at this point so what do I do, it’s 6pm Then she tells me what colour BIAB and what she gets out is clear builder gel which I found on TEMU. The quality of the nails is SHOCKING, I have colour in the skin, I’m so upset!

I came in just for a removal and the lady was really thorough and friendly

The salon cancelled my appointment but did not refund the booking. They told me the lady who did lashes wasn’t available and that they would cancel their end but now I can not get through to them.
