There was a small mix up with the appointment dates but Ivi was very professional and quick to reschedule. They were very efficient and friendly, gave their professional opinion and ended up getting a great haircut! Definitely recommend and will stop by again if I'm in the area.

I am absolutely dreadful at getting my haircut and haven’t had it done in years. Ivi was amazing and talked me through what was best for my hair and my face shape and we had a great chat the whole way through.
