My experience was completely negative as I went for a roots colouring and when I got home most of the white hair on the front still white. I had a flight and wedding next day. When I call to inform about the issue I was offered to go back to the shop, but after the experience I didn't as I expected to be refunded as I explained that I usually do my roots by myself at home and never happened before so I'm expecting a better job from an hairdresser.

Had a really nice time! Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Only trouble was with the gel mani which started to chip 2 days after having it done - otherwise everything else was great!
