One of my eyes has been left with damaged lashes—they’ve become extremely dry and unnaturally curly. Something clearly went wrong during the treatment. At one point, my eye began to burn intensely, and I couldn’t open it. I was in tears from the pain, yet the therapist didn’t offer an apology. Instead, she raised her voice and insisted I open my eye, speaking to me in a patronising and dismissive tone.
I also had eyebrows limitation and it’s a disaster. Shape is completely messed up.
