This was my first time ever going for a wax here and I must say I was greeted with a warm welcome. I completed a consultation which is very professional and then headed into the back for treatment. This is now the down side of the whole experience, the wax lady didn’t cleanse/prep the skin before treatment for starters and she also was double dipping!!! Which is a big red flag as it is unhygienic.
