I want my money back. The appointment was more than 20 minutes late. I went next door to have my nails done because I was already late. I came back to claim a refund, and the lady told me she would call back, but she didn’t. There was only one person attending with one chair. I called today and still have no response, and the appointment is marked as done, but it is not.
