I had an appointment that was cancelled and rebooked for another time. I came in 15 minutes late and because someone else had taken the room, I was told that my session is not forfeited because I was 15 minutes late. I had 45 minutes that I could have used for my treatment. I feel badly treated, disrespected and lack of customer care and support. The arrogance with which the owner communicated this to me was unfathomable.
