I had a serious reaction to the wax. The experience was fine but I have had no refund as an affect of the wax and would be grateful if I did. Don’t go here.

Customer Service was OK, welcoming, polite respectful. It would be helpful if clients are talked through each step during treatment especially if 1st time. Treatment room could be a bit warmer. My lashes did not really look lifted as I've been told I hardly have any so mascara might suit me better
