My treatment was cancelled by text and my requests for a refund or to rebook ignored. I messaged several times and even visited the premises, leaving my name and number for the manager. I asked for a refund but was told the manager had to do it. They took my money and I never received my treatment.
Facial Threading
This is an appalling salon. It took the beautician over one hour for a leg wax. She missed four areas in my leg despite saying the treatment was done. She was unapologetic. I would never go to this salon again.
