My third appointment here and as always it was great! Every time is less and less painful and always done to perfection! I definitely recommend if it’s your first time or if you get regular waxes. I will definitely be back x

Good wax! Made me feel v comfortable. Only thing was there was some small bits of wax left on the skin which I had to remove when I got home. But very good quality wax!

Wax was too hot and was burning, when this was communicated the beautician briefly blew on the wax on the stick instead of turning down the temperature. Lots of stray hairs left behind, back of my legs left completely covered in wax drippings. Beautician was very quiet and unfriendly and kept telling me just to think of something else when I was in pain, but wouldn't make small talk or try to help distract me. Been getting waxed for a while now and I've never been in such pain and discomfort before.
