It would be helpful if clients are talked through each step during treatment especially if 1st time. Treatment room could be a bit warmer. My lashes did not really look lifted as I've been told I hardly have any so mascara might suit me better

Ogechi was really nice & friendly. Very experienced & thorough but also very efficient. The was was abit painful as I haven’t waxed in a while but nowhere near as painful as my previous experiences as she uses honey wax which is also very good for your skin. Will definitely book again!

The girl is very professional I been first for skin test and other day for appointment. The place is very comfortable and clean. In love with the technical she used in my eyelashes. She explained everything step by step. She is very polite and friendly.
