The treatment room is small space at the back of the shop which needs updating and cleaning. I got brow lamination and lash lift. For both it seems some of the hair were missed and stick out all wonky. Most importantly I got a chemical burn from the brow lamination for which I contacted ivy nat and all they said that it happens and to go to the gp if still concerned... I would have appreciated some concern/apology or attempt to make right even if its not directly their fault

My treatment was cancelled by text and my requests for a refund or to rebook ignored. I messaged several times and even visited the premises, leaving my name and number for the manager. I asked for a refund but was told the manager had to do it. They took my money and I never received my treatment.
