My therapist, a warm and welcoming woman, led me to a cozy treatment room. The massage table was heated, and soft, fluffy towels were draped over it. She began with a gentle, soothing touch, working out the knots in my shoulders and neck. As the massage progressed, I felt a deep sense of relaxation.
The pressure was just right – firm enough to alleviate tension, yet gentle enough to promote relaxation. The therapist's hands moved rhythmically, kneading away the stress and fatigue.
