Room was super hot. Cuticles were not pushed back very gently. Technician kept having conversations with other members of staff. Filing uneven and gel polish started to lift after a week.

Not only do my nails look great but my visit was an all-round lovely experience. Mirren was warm,welcoming and lovely to chat to, and the studio is so pretty with a really nice atmosphere. Thank you!
