It was the first time I had used this salon. On arrival, it was very quiet and staff didn’t seem to be chatting with clients or each other very much which did feel like an uncomfortable atmosphere to be in. There was a short waiting time and the hairstylist was polite but again very quiet and did not talk very much throughout the treatment. The overall finish of the colour is lovely but I noticed my hair wasn’t cut straight after I had got home which is disappointing. There wasn’t any heat protection used before drying or straightening my hair which did leave it feeling a little dry on the ends; just as feedback it might be worth charging £1 extra for this as an additional service? I know myself I’d be more than happy to pay! I can’t complain as the salon is certainly not overpriced but I didn’t feel as pampered as I have in the past after a haircut.
