Awful. To be honest I'd like a refund. She barely spoke to me. No smile. Felt like she didn't want me there or wanted to be there. Didnt use any heat protect spray or any products?Just blow dryed my hair didnt offer straighteners.Felt like she just just rushed and did a basic cut. Didn't feel pampered like normal if anything felt rushed and done over. Have never left a hairdressers feeling that way. Wish I'd gone elsewhere.

loved the end result however I feel like my haircut was rushed even though there was no one else at the salon. I wasn't offered a drink nor was I asked about the temperature of the water when having my hair washed. maybe there should be more consideration for the customer as they are paying you at the end of the day. I never leave negative reviews EVER my last experience at J'adore was great however this one, not so much.

I had a complete restyle in less than a hour, went in looking like a 50 year old, came out looking 10 years younger .. thanks you Ana..❤️👩🏻

Hair stylist was very lovely and welcoming. Hair cut was really good too. Would defo recommend
