been here before to get my eyelashes done, rani is amazing at her job!...just a shame they clearly over booked this time...decided to walk out as I would have waited 30+ mins to receive my treatment....found the atmosphere of the salon to be very uncomfortable...as I could clearly hear the staff arguing in the back. Found the blonde haired girl behind reception to be very rude and miserable....i completely understand that sometimes you cannot help running late but I think the customer should at least receive an apology....will not be returning back.
