It was my first and last time in this salon! I booked with a professional hair stylist but my treatment was far from professionally handled.
After the hair wash, I was sat waiting for a hair cut. While waiting for my hair cut I felt that my back was wet because the lady who washed my hair, wrapped up my hair in a towel and just left it down. I told the professionalist that my blouse and back are all wet.She started drying my back with a blow dryer and mumbled: "At least it can't get any more wet."
After that she started combing my hair in a very rough manner.I asked her to be a bit more gentle, as the brush was hurting my back while combing my hair.The lady got angry at my comment and said that she has been working profiessionally for 25 years and in order to do her job professionally I shouldn't complain.She asked if I was here to get a professional hairstyle or not.The next 30min were the worst,she kept on pulling my hair roughly while brushing and blow drying it.I sat quite because I was afraid she might take it out on my hair.I have never received such an unprofessional service!

I moved here to Nottingham and was trying to find a good eyebrow place. I have found this place and it's amazing, I would recommend people to go here, the staff are lovely and Rani had done a lovely job with my eyebrows. I will definitely be coming back here as a regular customer.
Lovely lady threaded my eyebrows, she did an amazing job couldn't be happier! Definitely great value for money not going to go anywhere else now!
