once again, staff are very friendly, haircut and blow dry was amazing. Thank you.
I don't have any negative comments as I only did eyebrow threading and the lady was excellent, funny and kind! It was my first time doing threading and I was quite scared but she made me feel very comfortable and also my eyebrows looked sexy afterwards (words of my boyfriend)! Also everybody was very lovely including the receptionist and the hairdressers working there. Just wish you'd be able to pay £5 by card as I'm sure some people don't carry cash with them and the nearest cash machine is very far away. Thank you for the lovely experience!
Considering what I asked for, a level cut, same length all the way around , it was cut all jaggedly in certain places which makes it obvious. I will have to get it sorted. Not the most pleased.

Wonderful atmosphere with really friendly and professional staff and an amazing service; my hair was transformed from dull and damaged to vibrant and healthy - can't wait for my next visit :)
