Minute I walked in I could see my stylist was upset and stressed which I've never seen her before. Then when I was seated I was informed why and knew Shakila wouldn't be able to perform to her high standards as usual.
I really felt sorry for her she performed her best for the lass that I was unfortunately sat next to and is all she did was complain and ended up stressing everyone including myself. Shakila styled and coloured my hair beautifully but I know it wasn't her best as she's the only hair dresser I trust as she's that talented.
Still looking forward to my next appointment
