It was my first time in this hair studio. The stylist knew what I wanted and I appreciated her advises. The only thing to improve is the customer service at reception: the girl seemed sad, never smile. It wasn't the first time I saw her in this mood...

From the coffee to walking in, to the goodbye at the end, it was a great experience. I had initially booked the wrong day by accident and they very kindly adjusted my appointment to suit me. The stylist took her time to talk me through my options and help me decide on a new style. I'm very very pleased with the results and will return.
