I thought the staff and the salon was great, HOWEVER, I was really upset after my visit, I came to get balayage, and when I came out, my whole hair was basically blonde - from natural brunette. I said how I didn't want a massive change, and I was shown a picture that I agreed I wanted, however the blonde was so far up my hair, literally had about an inch of brown left, not what I asked for at all, therefore had to go to a different salon to get it fixed - resulting in me spending nearly £200 to get the results I wanted.
