I have had Hollywood waxes for 5+years and no longer find them hurtful at all. However it was extremely painful when using the hot wax which I normally prefer over strip wax, (therapist used both).The therapist made several attempts to remove wax at times which compounded the pain. I was left with a few hairs and more than a usual amount of wax on my skin (it felt like my underwear waxed me again later!). The therapist was very friendly and maybe with a little more training could be great!
