Therapist was very friendly but the waxing was very painful. Also had a big chunk of wax stuck to my skin which wouldn't come off. Therapist didn't know how to remove it so I had to go home and take a bath and then use oil to try and pull the wax off. Therapist gave me £5 off the price but I was left in pain and with a large patch of hair that hasn't been removed.

The only thing I didn't like was the room wasn't hot enough. Otherwise all was good
