The place was extremely cold in the cramped reception and there was no heating . 2 small stools in the cramped reception are so small and uncomfortable to sit on. My friend had to wait for her turn in a nearby cafe.The treatment room was warm and both Swedish massage and facial were good. Parking was easy in the nearby council park and display. They had just moved to the premises so hopefully it will get better.

I was running late, but was still pleasantly greeted and the treatment still able to be completed. New premises are quite compact, but clean and tidy. Staff always friendly and helpful. More importantly treatments always seem to be very effective and good value
