Went in with a bad back, came out without one. Jaime found the problem and eased the pain and gave me a few exercises to keep the pain away. Always a pleasure visiting her.

My son and myself have been using Jaime's services.
We find her very approachable and knowledgable and able to sort out any issues that we have had, recommending preventative exercises to prevent reocurrence of the issues, as well as relieving any pain at the time.
I would not hesistate to recommend her services.

I have been having serious pain and pregnancy related mobility issues. After several completely ineffective sessions with an NHS physio, I saw Jaime.. She was literally AMAZING. I hobbled in on crutches, barely able to move, and left feeling almost human again. Looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend. Not just for typical sports massage, Jaime is fantastic in many areas. Magic hands.
