I’ve suffered with bad backs for some time. In under an hour, Jaime had managed to find the problem, fix it and provide advice for maintenance and strengthening moving forward. Highly recommend.

I met Jaime via corporate days in our office. After suffering with back pain during home training in lock down I started to see Jaime at her practice. Without a doubt the best sports therapist in the north east! Jaime listens to what’s wrong understands the cause and treats this! We started with massage and now incorporate acupuncture- results are amazing and i feel great! Couldn’t thank Jaime enough always a pleasure as well as amazing banter!! Would always recommend JST!!!

After my treatment I felt much better and she was amazing with me.
She made some exercises with my both arms and after did a back massage, I felt a big relief and that night I slept much better
