I have been seeing Jaime regularly for 18 months now, first to sort out a few long-term overuse injuries, and now more as maintenance to keep on top of everything, I cannot recommend her enough. After getting treatments and discussing training types, suitable for my age and goals, my strength and motivation has returned, injury free.
