I pulled the muscle in the side of my leg which made it difficult to walk especially going up and down stairs.
I went to see Jamie who loosened everything off so I was able to move more freely and continue working!

Had back pain on and off for 20 years but for 6 mths seen the GP several times as it was constant & was affecting my sleep. Was given various pain killers, but no answer to why or any cure. After debating going A&E on Mon as I was struggling to drive I made a apt with Jaime for the following day.
Jaime was friendly, knowledgeable & professional & informed me after assessment as to why I was in pain. Iv noticed a massive improvement in my movement, pain and sleep & highly recommend Jaime!
