Jaime is lovely and well worth a visit. I have been a hairdresser for 19 years and my posture isn't very good so, I had a massage to loose up my shoulders and middle of my back, and it was great. Going back in a few weeks for another one as on going treatment.

Speaking as someone who can't do spa days I don't feel comfortable about having my space invaded, Jaime made me feel very comfortable and at ease. After having two treatments I can feel the improvement in the movement in my shoulders and neck already.

Jamie is really professional and thorough. She does a full assessment and checks your range of movement before treatment. The massage was a lot better than other sports therapists I've seen before and I left feeling really good with no pain after either. Definitely recommend. Will be back.
